Terms of Service

Welcome to Enthelot Studio, the exclusive standard of digital excellence in branding, web development, and motion graphics. We serve brands that demand exclusivity, precision, and unmatched distinction.

By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If these terms do not align with your expectations, refrain from using our services.

Exclusive Clientele & Availability

We are a highly selective agency, working with a maximum of 10 clients per month. This ensures that every project receives the attention, detail, and perfection it deserves.

New clients must either wait for availability or outsource if urgent. Priority is given to our existing loyal clients.

Premium Pricing & Non-Negotiability

Our pricing reflects the true worth of our expertise. We do not lower our standards to accommodate budget constraints. Excellence is non-negotiable.

Payment Terms

A 60% deposit is required before commencement of any project. The remaining 40% must be settled upon project completion before final delivery.

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Late payments will result in project suspension or additional charges.

E-Coins Loyalty Program

Every service you invest in earns you E-Coins, our exclusive loyalty currency, redeemable for:

You earn 6% of the service price in E-Coins. E-Coins never expire and can be accumulated for future use. They are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

Project Timelines & Client Responsibilities

Estimated timelines will be provided upon agreement. Client delays in submitting necessary materials will result in extended deadlines and additional costs. Delays in communication may lead to project rescheduling or termination.

Technology & Delivery Standards

For Web Development, we specialize in custom WordPress solutions, PHP, Tailwind, HTML, CSS, and Laravel. Our WordPress websites are fully custom-built, including a custom dashboard that looks nothing like the standard WordPress interface.

For VFX & Editing, we work exclusively with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

For Motion Graphics, we use Cinema 4D and Blender.

For Design, we primarily use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Delivered file formats include PNG and PDF.

For Videos, we deliver in MP4, MOV, WEBM, and AVI.

For 3D projects, we provide files in C4D, OBJ, FBX, or BLEND.

Web Maintenance

Web maintenance is a separate service and is not included in our web design and development pricing unless explicitly mentioned in the proposal or invoice.

Intellectual Property & Rights

Final project files will be delivered only after full payment is received. Enthelot Studio retains creative rights until payment is completed. Unauthorized use, modification, or resale of our work is strictly prohibited.

File Storage Policy

We do not store project files beyond three days after delivery unless you are a premium client. All deliverables are accessible through your account on our website. If your package does not include file storage, your files will be automatically deleted after three days.

Each client is assigned a specific storage limit. If your allocated space is full, new files that exceed your limit will not be accommodated. For example, if you have 500MB of assigned space and order a service requiring 2GB of storage without an upgrade, the file will not be stored. However, if you request a 100MB file with 110MB of free space, it will be stored within your limit.

Revisions & Scope Adjustments

Each service includes a predefined number of revisions. Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.

Service Termination

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate services in cases of:

• Breach of terms or failure to make payments
• Disrespectful communication or unethical behavior
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property

Limitation of Liability

We deliver excellence, not guarantees. Business success depends on multiple factors beyond our scope. We are not liable for third-party failures, including hosting, payment providers, or external integrations.

Updates to These Terms

Enthelot Studio may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
